Position Overview:
The production accountant is a financial specialist who is responsible for monitoring and managing the financial aspects of a production.
The production accountant is a financial specialist who is responsible for monitoring and managing the financial aspects of a production.
This Position reports to the CFO.
Responsibilities to Include:
- Reviewing ERP daily production data for accuracy- including scrap, product produced, quality defects etc.
- Reviewing daily time and attendance records for manufacturing employees.
Qualifications for Production Accountant:
- Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excel proficiency a must.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
- Works well with people.
Education and Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Experience in manufacturing or construction industry a plus
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year.
